Why does synchronization sometimes fail to "open"?

This problem is due to Bluetooth issues. Try again, and it should work. If this problem is very frequent, try re-locating your Bluetooth equipment to avoid radio interference.

Why are recurring calendar events not synchronized?

We will try to add this feature in a future upgrade. If this feature is essential to you, you may want to consider other synchronization solutions.

Why are notes and tasks not synchronized?

We will try to add synchronization of tasks in a future upgrade. If this feature is essential to you, you may want to consider other synchronization solutions.

Notes cannot be synchronized with any of the supported Sony Ericsson phones.

Why aren't my changes in Entourage making it to the phone?

This could be because the changed fields are not available in your phone. Also, please note that the contact and event fields in your phone are quite short in length.

Can you make a version of MobileSync for Nokia or Motorola phones?

Not anytime soon. Unfortunately, most of these phone's don't use a public protocol for synchronization via cable, IrDA, or Bluetooth.
