One thing I really miss is the custom keypad from SC:Mac. I used it all the time for my homebrewn clicker stuff, including the RealOnePlayer remote I hacked up. Please tell me it's on its way!

Also, some kind of quick wrapper for keyboard macros would be super-swell. 90% of my Clicker stuff just involves sending keytaps anyway, and I'd consider it a bit too tedious to hack javascripts for that.

Edit: I moved this topic from the scripting forum, this seems more suitable.

Hi!

The visual keypad feature is one of those old Mac features that didn't make it in the "cut", so to speak. I had to take a hard look at what were the most popular features in the Mac version, and focus on doing a good port of those. The richest way of building controllers was always with a scripting language anyways.

There are rudimentary commands in Salling Clicker for Windows to activate an application's window and send keystrokes to it.

What do you want to send? I'll see if I can cook up an example for you.

Best.

Well, for now I just need to control Media Player Classic (it identifies as "mplayerc.exe" in the Task Manager) using some fairly standardized keys.

Play / pause: Space
skip ahead / skip back: Ctrl + RightArrow / Ctrl + LeftArrow
Next / previous item: PgDn / PgUp
Volume Up / Down: UpArrow / DownArrow

...And such. Any pointers on how to "cook your own" would be greatly appreciated!
