Nothing really good, as I think we'd need some AppleScript dynamics to detect whether Front Row is frontmost and such.

Best.

We'll have to see if such a solution will arise. Given the current knowledge about Front Row, knowing whether FR is frontmost is necessary to make a smooth solution. At least, that's my understanding.

Best.

Basically you navigate around with the joystick... You activate with * button, which is also what you use to go up a level (for instance, from itunes to the main menu again). System volume is integrated (hit options button). Quick and dirty but effective.

The Front Row .hid controller is perfect. I am, however, having a problem getting the "start frontrow" button to work. It will exit Frontrow and move back through the menu, but it won't launch it. Is there a trick to getting this button to work?

EDIT: I should mention that it is not the one with a download link above. It is basically the same but the interface looks like a FrontRow remote and the joystick navigates. The * key is supposed to launch Frontrow, and is it not working for me

Hi there. Are you assigning the button that starts FrontRow as just "escape"?

reason being that FrontRow starts cos the apple remote sends an "Apple key + Escape key" combination.
