"Salling Clicker does not appear to be launched on the computer" is the error message that I have when I try to lunch my client application on my Nokia 6021. I had installed Salling Clicker on my windows in which I have Microsoft Bt stack. I paired Pc and Nokia on virtual COM 40. I loaded Salling Clicker.jar on my phone with Nokia PC suite but when I launch it, the error message appear! :(
Anyone can help me?

Hi,

Could you please check to make sure Salling Clicker on your PC recognized the Bluetooth stack?

Salling Clicker -> About tab -> Support Information

What does it say?

Best.

Exact!
It say "No compatible Bluetooth satck/device recognized"... :(

I had a Toshiba Bluetooth stack so I removed it and I installed "Bluetooth Stack for windows by Toshiba" thinking this is the MS Bt stack...
Actually it seem different...
But now I have some doubts... I try to find the correct stack.
Thanks

Claudio

Clauido,

If you can live without some of the features in the Toshiba stack, please try these directions for switching to the MS stack:

I've following your suggestion.
Granted that I installed windows SP2 when I had Toshiba Bt stack, now
I remove all Bt stack-application.
I restart pc, I turn on my hardware switch for Bluetooth and... NOTHING.
Windows feign indifference.. :x

Now can to install some Microsoft Bt stack that I'll find on internet..

Thanks Jonas for your support

Claudio

Maybe it's better say that my Bt hardware is integrated in my Toshiba Satellite laptop... Bye

Hi,

Here's a document I found on Toshiba's support web site:

http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/su/su_sc_dtlView.jsp?soid=842293

It explains how to switch between the MS and Toshiba stacks. I think "case 3" or "case 4" probably applies to you.

Best.

Thanks, I have tried every "case" but nothing...

I'll format my pc and I'll try to install service pack 2 without Toshiba Bluetooth stack...maybe this time Windows perceive my blueetoth card :)

Bye

Give that a shot, if you're up to the task of reinstalling everything.

Best.
