Hi !

I tried your software but the program doesn't recognize my BT dongle.

It's a Roper BT 1.2 class 1

I'm running under Xp sp1, i had Sp2....but it gave me a lot of problems...so i come back to Sp1

Please let me know if u're going about to fix this problem.

Hi (I moved your post, as it was "hijacking" an unrelated case),

Did you check the About tab of Salling Clicker to make sure your Bluetooth isn't recognized?

Also, could you please check the version of the Widcomm stack you're on? It should be noted under the tab "Generale" (judging from your screen shot).

Best.

Thanks. Looks like you have the most recent version of the Widcomm/Broadcom stack. This is good.

Are you able to use Bluetooth on your computer? Please try sending a file to your device:

In Windows Explorer, right-click a small file and pick Send To->Bluetooth. Then follow the directions.

The purpose of this is to determine if there's something wrong with your setup.

Also, did you try restarting your computer?

Best.

No need to feel ashamed. The Widcomm stack somedies rots and dies spontaneously... ;-)

Glad to hear you got it sorted out!

Cheers.
