Hi All

Just tried to install Salling Clicker on my new iMac G5. Clicker can identify and connect to my phone, a K700i, which seems to be missing the Clicker software. It isn't in the Applications folder!

I think I have missed something during installation. How can I find it and install it so all is well?

Regards
Shaun

Shaun,

As the status text on the computer indicates, you find Clicker under "Accessories" on this type of phone.

Best.

Jonas

Try as I might, the only other instance of Accessories that I can find is to configure hands-free kits etc.

I can locate an Applications folder which is empty.

Where am I going wrong?

You need to (1) connect and (2) find a menu item named "Accessories". Is this what you did?

Best.

Hi Jonas

There is no folder named Accessories on my phone, just one named Applications.

Is there anyway that I can roll back the install and start with a clean sheet?

Regards
Shaun

Sure there is. I don't know exactly what it looks like on your phone, but it's usually under Connectivity (last item in that menu).

Best.

Jonas

Ahhhhhh

Found it. The only thing in there is my bluetooth headset so I guess I must have screwed something up during the install.

How do I sort this out?

Thanks
Shaun

Jonas

At last, after a long hunt, I have found it! All is well. Great piece of software. Pity the K700 interface doesnt look like the K750 but thats purely a cosmetic thing.

Jonas, your software rocks! This is a really cool application.

Keep up the good work.
