Hi.
I've just downloaded your latest version of the program, but I can't seem to run it properly from my mobile device.
I've got a Nokia 6230 and a PC with WinXP SP2 with the microsoft bluetooth enumerator (which the portion of your program for PC recognices adequately in the about tab).
The bluetooth link works perfectly (I can transfer files, sync the contacts, send sms) with the nokia software.
I set my computer in 'discoverable' but when trying to connect the program keeps telling me the 'No devices found. Is your computer discoverable?' advice.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance. |

Hm. Hard to tell. Two things:
1. Did you try restarting your PC?
2. Is your PC's "Bluetooth name" excessive in length and/or does it use uncommon characters? (this shouldn't be a problem, but with some firmwares I suppose these things could pose issues like the one you're describing).
Best.

Nah. 7 shouldn't be a problem under any circumstances.
How long does it take until the error shows on the phone (from when you've pressed "Connect")?
Best.

It takes no time, it even performs a scan.
Thanks. |

Hm? Takes no time while still performing a scan? Sorry, but I don't understand. How do you know it performs a scan (takes about 10 seconds in full)?
Best.

I wasn't clear, sorry
It seems like it doesn't perform a scan.
When I select 'connect' it automatically shows the error screen without even attempting to perform the devices scan.
Thanks. |

Okay. Is your phone already connected to a device? (some phones, including the 6320 cannot scan for devices while it's connected)
Best.

It's connected to the computer. It connects automatically whenever the bluetooth is activated. |

OK. I think that explains the problem. Don't worry, the solution is simple:
1. Temporarily disable Nokia's PC Suite, so the the computer is no longer connected to the phone. (important)
2. Connect from Clicker on your phone. Clicker will now *remember* your computer (so in the future, step 1 is not required).
3. Enable Nokia's PC Suite.
Best.
