I am having a problem with Salling Clicker and iTunes. When I connect my smartphone to my PC via bluetooth, I select to launch iTunes. At that time, the iTunes.exe process begins (verified in the task manager). The actual iTunes app never shows up on the screen though. It is as if the app launches, but only running as a process in the background. Can anyone help?
PC: Toshiba Tablet running Win XP Tablet Edition SP2
Phone: Audiovox SMT5600 smart phone.

Hi,

I suspect your iTunes installation is broken. Also, what version is it?

Please disable (this is important) any anti-virus software and re-install iTunes.

Best.

I am using eTrust Antivirus. I will try disabling it then re-installing iTunes.
