Oh I see. Looks like we're getting somewhere!
My bluetooth adapter is the Cellink BTA-6030. No, I haven't got any other bluetooth accessories hooked up. I haven't got another bluetooth dongle, but I will try and ask around my friends to see if I could borrow one to try out. |

Please do check. The fact that you're getting a random mixture of several errors when attempting to connect indicates there's something low-level that's not working right.
Best.

Unfortunately my friend no has the bluetooth dongle I was intending to borrow. I don't know what to do? Buying a new dongle would not be worth the price of the software as my current one was fairly expensive as it is (and it's brand new). |

I have a final idea:
Re-pair your phone with your computer.
Best.

It still doesn't work. Looks like I can either buy a new bluetooth dongle that isn't guarnteed to work and waste £22 as I cannot return my old one or just give up on Clicker and waste £16. I take it refunds are out of the question? |

Hey,
I do not particulatly feel like eating the eSellerate charge, as the problem isn't with Clicker. But please contact me via email.
Best.
