As you're going to get it, give it a shot and let us know how it works.

Best.

The SL75 doesn't work with Salling Clicker. I tried all the Siemens client applications...

The applications run, but they can't find any Computers.

Guys,

Please check the permissions of the client application on the phone. It appears to be failing where you'd normally be asked by the phone whether it's ok to open up a connection. I can bypass this by setting permissions for "local connectivity" to "always allow" (or something of similar wording).

Best.

Hm. Does it say that it couldn't find any computers, or are you presented with what appears to be an empty list?

Is your computer's Bluetooth discoverable?

FYI: there is only one Java client. It works on the Nokias, Sony Ericssons, a range of (uncrippled) Motorola phones, and at least the Siemens S65.

Best.

I'm using a Siemens SL75 with the specific JAR posted here and I'm still having some trouble.
After installing the JAR the phone connected just perfectly.
Now it connects sometimes and sometimes don't.
After successfully connecting and disconnecting I just can't connect again.
Sometimes restarting the phone helps but not always.
On the phone I receive the message:
Couldn't connect, no reason given.
Any guesses?
What Should I try?
Upgrading my phone's firmware might help?

Please don't bomb the forums with the same post all over the place...

The Siemens phones have in my judgement very weak Java implementations. What you're describing sounds exactly like what I've seen on my S65.

A firmware update might help, but I don't think you'll get it to ever work perfectly. :-( Unless miraculously, the questily goes from poor to perfect.

Best.

Has anyone already tried the Siemens SL75 with the latest firmware and the latest version of salling clicker?
I would like to buy this phone and I'm eager to hear any user experiences.
