|

Hi,
I have, over time, activated Salling Clicker on some different computers, and then uninstalled the software again.
Right now I only have it activated on one computer, but need to activate it on one more, that's a total of 2 computers.
As I understand it, you get licenses for 3 computers total, and these licenses are not "tied" to specific computers, right? This question due to a "Too many activations" error message when I tried to activate... |

You should contact "support" for this sort of question. Please send an email using the button below. Make sure you include your order number so I can look up your account.
Best.

Sorry about that, I see what you mean.
I'll just wait a day to see if the problem solves itself, and then I'll contact support if it doesn't. |

It will go away automatically after a while, but you can contact me immediately if you want this to work now.
Please see the FAQ (www.salling.com/support) for detailed information about how the activation count is maintained.
Best.

Oh - sweeet :-)
Yeah, read the faq, and I understand the way it works is as I tried to describe above - so that's cool.
I'll just send my ordernumber to support right now. |

Hi
Yeah, you can use Salling Clicker on 3 computers simultaneously. If you uninstall Salling Clicker on one of them, you can install it on another and so forth, so the licenses are not bound to a specific computer. The computers must be your own, however. |
