Come on boys and girls, it's 2006. Where is the software that allows me to use my MacBook Pro as a bluetooth handsfree set for my mobile phone, using it's internal microphone & speakers?

We can already initiate calls, send & receive SMS messages, forward incoming calls to voicemail, lookup the caller, even answer incoming calls, but for the actual conversation I STILL HAVE TO PICK UP THE PHONE.

Please help, as I can wait no longer...

but why don't you just use the speakerphone and set it to auto answer? or get a skypin phone number and have your calls forwarded from your cell. the problem is that when the phone is on a call, clicker isnt running, so this app has no way of participating in the function you're looking for. i'm sure there's another way to get what you're asking for.

wait, how do you do all those other things in your list above?

I should add here that I have no intention of making Clicker act as a speaker phone.

On most other systems (Bluetooth stacks on Windows), system level software offers this kind of functionality (it's where it belongs).

In other words, I expect Apple to add the ability of an OS X machine to act as a headset.

Best.
