but can't find an answer.

I was directed to your site whilst researching wireless music for my house .

I have downloaded the software, installed it on my music PC and Palm TX- got it linked up and communicating nicely.

Problem is when I launch iTunes and browse by artist- all the albums of that artist are not being shown(nor the tracks-just a few), now before I buy a license I would like to know if it's something I'm doing wrong

Thanks in advance

Hi there,

Glad you found us! Could you please let me know whether (1) your tracks are on a different machine than the one running Salling Clicker and (2) whether the tracks you have in iTunes have all the metadata they should have?

Also, I'd like to alert you to the fact that long lists of artists (or other item) are broken up in "pages" (this is for faster loading). Look for the pager buttons in the toolbar section of the Salling Clicker UI on your Palm.

Best.

Thanks for the reply

Yes they are on the same PC that has Salling Installed on it I'm then connecting with my Plam TX by WiFi through a router

I don't understand "metadata" but they are all fully ID3 tagged

Yes I have 10 pages of artists :D

For example I go to page 10 of 10 through"browse artist" then look at U2- I have 162 U2 tracks in itunes on the PC in several albums- only one album is showing on clicker.

If I choose one track it will play on the PC and show that it is track 12 of 13 in clicker playlist
If I search "find album" for Rattle and Hum it will find the album and display all the tracks(which I am able to play) even though it wasn't showing up in "browse by artist"

Very odd
