Hi everyone,

just got my new LG choclate. Really a nice phone phone but im missing the remote for m-player. (used SE before)

Do I need Java JSR-82 to get this working (i couldnt find any straight answer)
If so, i guess it won't work cause it's lacking this app!

Thx for answers

Chris

Hi Chris,

(FYI: JSR-82 is not an "app"; I'm mentioning this, just so you don't waste time looking for one on your phone; JSR-82 is a set of "APIs", that we programmers can use to make our programs use Bluetooth on the phone)

Yep. That said, JSR-82 is the one way this phone could possibly be supported.

Best.

Thx for this fast reply Jonas...

I was not hoping for this answer but expecting it...

Is there anyway to install an API (thx for the info) like the JRS-82 or would this be too much trouble?

Chris

P.S: Would there be any other way to get a remote(-function) for this phone or is it lacking the fundamental functionality to transmit "pressing_key=function_on_the_computer)

Hi,

I've been using Salling Clicker since early 2004, and now I was given a LG Chocolate and I love it... But it does not work with Salling Clicker!

I had a Sony Ericsson before, so simple and compatible 100% with iSync and the Clicker. Hope someone can find a solution... :(
