I want to develop an Explorerscript and there for it would be nice to write an "Open with..." function simmiliar to the open with > in the context Menu.
I know that you can find the links to the Exe files in the Regestry

Example
HKCU/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Explorer/FileExts/.txt/OpenWithList/

How can I readout this ordner into an array?

Depends on how this regkey is declared. Please check the MS documentation for RegRead():

Best.
