Hi,
I've got Sailing Clicker installed on my computer and my Treo 650. Bluetooth is working. But when I choose Clicker from the Treo and press Connect I get the error message:
Is Clicker on [my computer] launched? (Attribute is not set for record).
Now as far as I can tell Clicker is launched (it opens and I can see tabs for Clicker Items, Phone Events and About). Is there something else I need to do?
BTW I'm running the Clicker trial version, with the Clicker for Palm OS.prc on a Windows XP pro machine running SP2.
Thanks. |

I think your PC is using an incompatible Bluetooth stack. Please check here:
Salling Clicker -> About -> Support Information
More stacks will be supported in a future version.
Best.

Hi John,
I was afraid of that! Can I change the bluetooth stack my computer uses?

Maybe, but I think you'd be better off waiting for the next version.
Best.

Hi Jonas,
Is there a new version of Clicker on the way? If so do you have an ETA?
I notice from other forum responses that you don't support BlueSoleil yet, but plan to soon. Do you have any idea when?
Thanks,
Dave |
