Does anyone know how to resolve the "Certificate Error: Contact the application supplier?" I have allowed "All" certificates from the Apps Manager already, to no avail. My Nokia E62 will not allow me to install Salling Clicker 3.5 and obviously any older versions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi,

What network carrier branded your phone?

Also, is its date set correctly?

Best.

Thanks Jonas.

It is a Cingular branded phone and the date is set correctly.

Hm. Are you sure you've got the setting set to "All"? (depending on the color scheme, this can be somewhat tricky)

Jonas,
Clicker has been successfully installed! Thank you for your time and help.

When you mentioned making sure the time needs to be set correctly, I turned on the "Auto-update" (Menu < Settings < Config < Date and Time < Network opertator time) and it was smooth sailing from there. I did not think to have it turned on before, since it was showing the incorrect time in my location. Technically, the time was wrong - but it allowed me to install Clicker and then of course, I corrected the time and all is well.

Thank you again!

Glad to hear it, but I'm not sure why this helped you out... ;-)

It's not important for Clicker that the time is set exactly right, but the phone's clock much be within the validity date range of the certificate we've signed the software with. This would be from a few weeks/months ago going forward 30 years.

Best.
