Thanks!! I'm using it in my Treo 650.
Do you of any scrip or an upgrade of yours that allows me to insert values (text & number) in an excel cell.
I tried with "writer" and "typing" scripts but they didn't work.
The ones that almos worked is a TV turner but just for number and without the posibility to press the equivalent to enter.

Thanks

Excel has an extensive scripting model, and I think you'll be able to google for ways to programmatically do what you want with it.

Best.

This should do what you want. I've modified the original version to do quite a bit more than open files and select sheets. This version allows you to:

-navigate cells
-enter data into cells (text, numeric, and formulas)
-select, cut, copy, paste, clear data
-bold, italics, and underline
-print
-close with/without saving changes.

The script has the basic structure as the original file for opening a file. From there, select "Writer". This will allow you to navigate cells. Press 'Menu' to make entries to cells, or press the center button on your keypad for Edit Mode (press Center again to return to Nav/Entry mode). The cut, paste, etc. options are on the Menu from the Edit Mode Screen.

You can press the spacebar to return to the Sheet selector screen, with added options to print and close.

I'm using a tmo dash with a full qwerty keyboard, and it presumed that you are using a qwerty as well.

The install is self explanatory, but make sure to read the "read me" and remove the original version before installing.

Props to ibmplus for getting it started!

Mel

EDIT: Reposted. Fixed a code typo.
