Ok, First time i tried this product, it worked, and it worked great :)

I loaded up the next time, and it keeps popping up with this error:
Cannot connect for the follwing reason:

Could not discover services (reason unknown:0).

Try restarting the device and/or computer.
So i restarted the phone and computer, to no avail.

I have tried it on 2 phones, so i know it's not the phones, and i don't think it's the PC as it worked before. I have a bluetooth Dongle, running IVT BS 3.2.2.8

Anyone help?

Hi,

This could be a problem with the Bluetooth stack (specifically the version) you're using.

Try to see if additional error information is shown in the BlueSoleil window.

Best.

Any solution to this problem. I am having this too and I have no idea what to do about it ?

I can make a connection from my Sony Ericsson C905 to the pc via bluesoleil 6.4.249.0, but I get the same error as first user, if I try to connect from Sallling Clicker to my C905.

Please help.

Bluesoleil 6.4.249.0 is not compatible.

I recommend you switch to a different stack (preferably the Microsoft stack built into Windows).

ok. will it be supported in the future ?

My bluetooth adapter is a Cambridge Silicon Radio Ltd. and when I am following link in solution for installing driver it opens bluesoleil, so MS driver might not work with my adapter ?

I am using Windows Vista x64.

If I would buy a new bluetooth adapter, what would be a good buy that works ?

Thanks in advance.

I would prefer to not have to redo support for Bluesoleil, just because IVT decided to completely change their SDK/APIs.

If I'm not mistaken, the Microsoft stack is designed to work with CSR hardware.

ok.

How about support for Wifi with C905 ?

I must read the forum some more to find out how I will get it to work. I had HTC Touch Diamond before C905, and then I used Signal for remote control for winamp. It is the only thing I miss with that phone, and now I thought this might work, but apparently not.

Solution might be found to this bluesoleil adapter.

I uninstalled the bluesoleil drivers, and then downloaded MS Intellipoint 6.3, because they include the latest MS bluetooth drivers. Then I manually added drivers to each bluetooth device in device manager.

Now I am able to connect to Salling Clicker, but When I choose media player or winamp that I installed for Salling Clicker it doesnt work. I can choose disconnect, but not the other items in the menu. If I then open the scrtipt log it is this error:

"Thu Mar 05 23:39:37 2009
Winamp Remote - Microsoft JScript runtime error
[Line: 44 (1)] Automation server can't create object"

I am using Vista Ultimate x64. Any ideas ?

Hi,

I'd love to see the error message for the WMP controller (the Winamp script is not part of the standard controller set).

Best.

ok, here it is for Media player:

"Fri Mar 06 02:06:19 2009
MediaPlayer - Microsoft JScript runtime error
[Line: 80 (1)] Automation server can't create object"

so it is the same.

I will try reinstalling .net and see if that works. Else I dont know.
