Hi,

I installed media sync yesterday and i'm having trouble seeing any music from my iTunes library. I tried moving the library XML file as suggested in another post but i don't have another library file on my computer to point to.

I literally searched my entire computer for XML files (including hidden and system files) and there is only one iTunes library file and it's in the standard location.

So... when i start up Media Sync and click on the Music or Podcasts tab it tells me that it's loading but it doesn't ever show anything. I've left it on for hours thinking that maybe it was just taking its time but nothing happens.

Any idea what could be wrong here?

Sounds like there's a problem loading the XML file. This is unexpected.

Would you be able to email me (use the button below, above?) a compressed/zipped copy of your iTunes Library XML file?

Best.

I've got the exact same problem. I tried recreating my iTunes library and it didn't help - it's just stuck at "Loading...".

I'm using a registered version 1.1.3.684 and iTunes 9 with my Nokia 5800XM. Let me know if you wan't the library xml-file.

Hi,

I've now had a look at one of these files. I think I know what's going on (have fixed it for an upcoming update).

Could you please try this:

1. Quit iTunes
2. Quit Media Sync
3. Trash the xml file
4. Launch iTunes (it'll rebuild the xml file)
5. Try Media Sync again

Please let me know how this goes.

Best.
