I installed media sync to make it work with my sony player, but it didn't work.
During the installation the software recquired me to install a drive in order to make the player work with the software and so I did it.
However, as I said, the media sync didn't work and I unnistall it, but now I just can't see my player as flashdrive and just drag and drop files to it.
How do I fix it?
I have no files in my player right now and I could really die without my music.
Can somebody help a desperate brazilian girl?? ;D

Hi,

Two alternatives:

1. We get Media Sync working for you with your Sony player.

2. We uninstall the driver so your player once again shows up as a regular drive

As I never saw your report about the software not working, #1 would require some sort of error description.

I choose a playlist, then click on the Sync button.
So the process start, but after abou 01 minute shows up: 'Failed: disconnect and reconnect, then try again - Click here to view log'

But even if I reconnect, it doesn't work!

Hi,

I'd like to see a copy of the Sync Log. You can get it by picking Show Log from Salling Media Sync's menu bar status item menu.

Without looking at the log, my best guess is that the device needs to be reset/formatted.

What Walkman player are you using?
