Hey all, Merry Christmas!

I have been using Sailing media to sync my music for about 3 weeks now. I was using the prior version to the current.

Yesterday, I was bored at the office, and decided to upgrade the HTC syncing program, and the Sailing Media software.

Not sure what one caused the problem, or even if they have anything to do with each other (drivers maybe?) but I can not complete a sync with Sailing now.

It gets about half way through a sync (no matter the size) and the program just crashes.

I am using Windows 7.

Any one having this issue? Can anyone help?

Hi. Sorry.

You're the first and only to report this. I have no way of reproducing this, and the error log doesn't give many hints. :-(

I'm guessing our processing of a file causes the crash (maybe). I'd like to know what file it is. Could you please create the following folder on your Desktop:

"MediaSyncLogs"

Then restart the app and sync.

Then email me the resulting log file.

Best.
