Hello There,

I just got a new HTC Legend running Android 2.1 (with HTC sense)

I'd like to use Sailing Media Sync to sync Itunes Playlists and some IPhoto albums.

Good news: Music is syncing correctly as a whole , Pictures are syncing correctly as a whole.
Bad news: Playlists never appear in Android , Albums never appears ...

I noticed Sailing Media Sync thinks it's a Windows Mobile HTC Phone ...

Running snow leopard 10.6.2

I'd really appreciate any help :)

Side note ... Also tried Doubletwist but same issue , music syncing as a whole but no playlists.

Additional note

The fact that the phone is recognized as windows mobile maybe would explain why playlists are transferred in ASX format ?

I suppose not recognized by Android

I need some information from you in order to make this phone model compatible. Please connect and mount your phone. Then check for its USB Product and Vendor IDs in System Profiler (Apple Menu -> About this Mac -> More Info) on your Mac. You'll find this info under Hardware -> USB (then find your phone in the top-right area of System Profiler). This is the information I need.

Best.

Excellent. Please enable the option "Check for beta versions" in the application Settings. Then check for updates, and you'll see an update adding support for the Legend model.

Thanks for your help.

Best.

Thank you very much.

Just to confirm it works flawlessly.

Playlists are synced without issues.
It's the only sync software working with HTC Legend so far.

Thank you! Just for the record, would you be able to get me the Product and Vendor IDs for the Desire model? (as per the instructions given above)

Best.

Okay. Seems HTC is pretty sloppy in their use of USB product IDs. That's a shame. Still: thanks!

Please enable "Check for beta versions" in the app Settings. Then let the application update itself. This will fix compatibility with the Legend and Desire models from HTC.

Best.
