I have an HD2 and am able to transfer music from itunes to my phone card, but the whole artist and genre listing gets lost all the time.... Any ideas what is causing this?
Seems to happen not just when syncing with PC, but also if I switch battery which i often have to do, or turn the phone off. The 'music' folder on the phone is empty (I deleted the few tracks supplied), and all synced music is in a Music directory on the microSD card.
It makes media sync unusable as I have to wait half an hour before i can play any music while it rebuilds the lists.......
anyone else have this problem?
I am using media sync 1.1.6.953, WMob pro 6.5 and win 7, itunes 9.1.1.12
