Okay, got the microsoft sync library, but still no go. However, on
the "connect using" option, I can't get bluetooth only Ericsson
serial IrMC. Shouldn't there be a Bluetooth option there?
Cheers-
Greg.

I have chosen to not support "direct bluetooth" on 10.1.5. This has no
serious practical consequences. Instead, follow the usual Ericsson
Client steps: create an outgoing serial port in the Bluetooth
preferences, and select this port in MobileSync. A lot of times, the
standard "Bluetooth-Modem" should work.

Note 1: MobileSync remembers which port you used last time; if you want
to force the port selector dialog to show, press the Cmd key while
clicking the "Synchronize" button.

Note 2: Under Jaguar, you'll get a Bluetooth alternative, that uses the
OS-native Bluetooth UI. Somewhat nicer and easier to use.

Cheers,
Jonas

I've tried creating an outgoing serial port and using the bluetooth
modem, unfortunately without luck. So I guess my best bet is to
wait untill I have Jaguar installed? Or are there other
alternatives?

Cheers Greg.

Ok. Let's turn on debugging output in the console to try and figure out
what is happening. Do this in the terminal:

(first, make sure you quit MobileSync if it's running)

defaults write com.salling.mobilesync VERBOSE 'YES'

Now, open the Console app, and try MobileSync again. Let me know what
shows up in the Console. If you're not running Jaguar, there will be
something that looks like an error when you launch MobileSync, but this
is completely normal.
