Well Ive changed a few things for version 3.0.
The volume control was a little iffy, beacause it incremented the sound levels within Audion itself.
For some bizarre reason, Audion has a max volume of 255 when operating the controls from your mac - however when you use the increment steps within an applescript, you can take the volume as high as you want. I only had it up as far as 460 - didnt dare risk ruining my speakers or blowing my mac's internal pre-amp!

So anyway, Ive used the system volume slider in its place for version 3.0.

This should prevent any speaker distortion / exploding sub cones :p

I have taken version 2.0 offline, because I dont really want anyone damaging their speakers - but if you want the source code to see how the audion internal volume system works then just Pm me.

Enjoy v 3.0! :D

Edit: added quit function when the clear/cancel key is pressed

This new version of audion remote requires some configuration on your part.
It's set up with a playlist browser, but you have to define the paths to your own playlists in the script.
To define the paths; install audion remote, open it from clicker preferances into a script editor, and change the following lines:

[code:1]property my_list : {"Rock", "HipHop", "Dance", "Misc", "Comedy", "Classical"}[/code:1]

This alters the names of your playlist menu - you can have up to 12.
You can call them whatever you like - but its best to keep the names relevant.

then you need to alter the paths and names in this section:
[code:1]
on item_was_selected(itemIndex)
if item itemIndex of my_list = "Rock" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell

tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Rock" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

if item itemIndex of my_list = "HipHop" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell
tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Hip Hop - Rap" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

if item itemIndex of my_list = "Dance" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell
tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Dance" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

if item itemIndex of my_list = "Misc" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell
tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Miscellanious" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

if item itemIndex of my_list = "Comedy" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell
tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Comedy" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

if item itemIndex of my_list = "Classical" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell
tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Classical" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

end item_was_selected
[/code:1]
....in order for clicker to be able to find your playlists.
so for example;
We would change:
if item itemIndex of my_list = "Rock" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell

tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "Rock" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "Matt" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

...to...

if item itemIndex of my_list = "MyPlaylist" then
tell application "Audion 3"
close playlist 1 saving no
end tell

tell application "Finder"
activate
open file "MyPlaylist" of folder "Playlists" of folder "Music" of folder "MyUserName" of folder "Users" of startup disk
end tell
end if

..or to whatever you have called your playlist, and wherever it's been stored.

I don't know if this update will be useful to anyone, but it serves a purpose for me, so there you go - feel free to play around with the script :D
