Ok, after activating bluetooth on my k750i I select for example the iTunes controller. Searching for devices starts.

The strange thing is:

-sometimes it works flawlessly

-sometimes it says no devices found while my Powerbooks bluetooth is always on

-sometimes the searching for devices screen freezes my k750i and I have to restart it

anyone else experienced this problem with this mobile phone?

Mine sometimes freezes my k750i, I kinda figured it was because I use a bluetooth mouse also and something goes wrong connecting two pointing devices.

Do you use any othe bt stuff with your powerbook?

yes I use a bt mouse too. Is the problem solved when you disconnect the bluetooth mouse? I'll try it out, but I have to say that it sometimes worked when the bt mouse was still on...

Maybe the remotes basics aren't just compatible with the k750i just like the current version of salling clicker. Time will tell...

You know, I've never tried the USB mouse to see if it's any different as it's a problem that doesn't happen all the time.

It happened today when I was sending a picture via bluetooth, the bar gets a tiny way alkong then freezes. Pull the battery out, try again and it works fine. So I'm not sure it's a problem with remote basics (which I think are just profiles you can now easily make your own with software from the SE website) ...

I suspect what you're seeing might be bugs in the phone, and you may want to check if there are upgrades available. You'll need a PC to run the Sony Ericsson upgrade service.

If nothing else, please share your firmware version numbers. This may help us determine when/if the issue is fixed.

Best.
