Will the scripts be updated so you can use them with
the T610 properly ?

I'm thinking about the "yes" button and so on. In the
VLC script it's not possible to pause the movie with a
T610 ...

Rasmus,

The scripts will not be updated. Clicker will be updated to make sure
the same scripts work across all phones.

In the meantime, you can replace the checking for "s" with ":J" in the
scripts. This will make the joystick clicks work.

best,
Jonas

This is a very useful hint, thanks! I am messing around a lttle with
iTunes Controller by Jakob Peterhänsel which was intentionally
developed for the Ti68. Accidently I replace the Hot Key for Menu and
could not access the menu anymore so I went deeper into AppleScript -
at least, I scratched the surface. :) For that, I swapped the "f" in
line 102 with the "c" in line 110 so that it gives

102 else if keyCode is "c" then -- MENU key

and

110 else if keyCode is "f" then -- 'C' key

I searched but did not found any hints on the keycode of the T610 so I
joined this list here and - boom - after beeing here for two days jonas
posted the hint with ":J" (is it really with ":"? - a quick
trial-and-error-check leds me more to think it's just "J"?). In
addition to this mapping, can you tell the keycodes for the other
buttons on the T610 if known? I think of the right-sided single button
(opposite to the cam-button).

Oh, and concerning the iTunesController: am I right or missed I
something in the usage? When I start iTunes via starting iTC iTunes
does not select by itself a song and trying to start one with iTC
results in an error code like "no track is selected" or (cueing) "Error
in getTrackDetails[]:Cant't..." Maybe this can somehow be fixed (you
now - scratched the surface ;) )

And besides that to both of you:

thanks for this nifty tools!

Jochen,

The camera keycode is ":C". If you actually have a T610, just create a
new keypad action script, put it in your menu, and run it. It will echo
all used keycodes to your Mac's display.

Best,
Jonas
