Ok, because I frequently need to use a particular site for college, I made a script that surfs to this site.
The only problem is, it's a secured site. So i need to press the 'Yes' button before I can proceed.

The 'Yes'-press is no problem but I need a delay for this keystroke
[code:1]var widget = CreateQuestionDialog( "confirmation_");
widget.textualContent = "Goto minerva.ugent"
theTerminal.Push(widget);

var wsh = new ActiveXObject('WScript.Shell');
if(wsh)
wsh.Run("iexplore https://minerva.ugent.be");

function confirmation_OK(w)
{
SendVirtualKeystroke(0x4A,0,0,1,0);
}[/code:1]
This is the code and like you will notice, I was obliged to put the Run program before the confirmation. This is the only way I can delay the SendVirtualKeystroke.

Is there any other solution? I rather want to have the Run program inside the confirmation and a delay of +/- 10s to send the keystroke alt+J.

Thx

Hi,

I'm thinking... Perhaps it would be advantageous to get rid of the confirmation dialog instead?

Is it a dialog asking you to confirm that you're visiting a secure site, or is it a dialog complaining about the site using an unknown certificate? Depending on what browser you use, it's possible you might be able to get rid of the dialog (i.e. making sure it never shows).

Best.

1) I allready tried to get rid of the certificate, but it always returns on my browser.
2) if there would be a delay function I can enter my login and password too.
But I assume there isn't such a function yet? Isn't it possible to request the
date of your computer, add 10 seconds, and then check the date untill it reaches 'the date + 10s'?
