Hello, anybody can help me with a script that can control this player (Quintessential Player) just like winamp or windows media ? just the basics controls, like play pause, next song, etc...

I dont have any idea how to create this :(

Thanks to anyone who can help me with that...

Hi,
you could just modify existing scripts for basic player control.
instructions: http://tinyurl.com/2bzmla
MSDN Virtual-Key Codes: http://tinyurl.com/jnwg9

e.g.
//launch player

var wsh = new ActiveXObject('WScript.Shell');

var helper = new ActiveXObject("SCHelper.SECHelper");
if (helper.IsProcessRunning("qcd.exe")) {
launchWidget();
} else {
wsh.Run( "c:\progra~1\qcd\qcd.exe" ),1;
wsh.Quit;
ShowMessage("Launching QCD");
}
(...)

//assign virtual keystrokes

function myKeypad_KeyDown(theScreen, theKey)
{
if( theKey == "s" ) {
// PLAY (F5-Key)
SendVirtualKeystroke( 0x74, false );
ShowMessage("PLAY/PAUSE"); }
else if( theKey == "3" ) {
// NEXT (F7-Key)
SendVirtualKeystroke( 0x76, false );
ShowMessage(">");
}

(...)
return true;
}

this is no perfect solution but it can work.

ok, if the player supports keycontrol/hotkeys I can compile it for you.. but there will be no info on the device, only basic control (I'm no scripting wizard myself ;-)
what I need:
install-dir / path to .exe
key assignment (e.g. F5 = play)

here we go .. hope this works out for you.
I've tested the script with another player (no qcd on my system), but there shouldn't be an error.
some additions: quit qcd, open file

F12 (fast forward)

I've assigned keys to skip back and forward (current track) + there's the option to assign others for previous/next track and volume up/down ..
