hello i like to use the vlc option but my movies are not in my home folders
so i opened the script to edit the map settings but it says names must be "rooted" in the user's home directory
thats a problem for me all my movies are on a second hdd
does anybody have a solution for this ?\
this is the code now
[code:1]
- Change these if you want to be able to open at different locations or additional file extensions
property the_folders : {"Desktop", "Movies", "Documents", "Public", "OPSLAG", "Downloads"} -- names must be "rooted" in the user's home directory
property the_extensions : {"*.mov", "*.avi", "*.wmv", "*.bin", "*.mpg", "*.mpeg", "*.asf"}[/code:1]
i hope somebody can help |

Yeah, I'd like the same thing or at least a file browser to select the file instead of using a mouse. That be great.
Thanks in advance. |

Did you try dropping an alias in the movies folder? If this doesn't work, you may want to look into VLC Controller. |
