I find this extremly irritating. Is there any reason why you can't just offer the download as a whole package ?
First you have to download the app, allow it through the firewall and its flakey as hell over slow internet connections.
I've currently got 3 setup.exe processes running in the background doing nothing. :evil: |

The reason we're using a bootstrap installer is that it will download prerequisite software packages. If we didn't use this, the download package would be rather huge, even for people who already have the required packages on their computer.
I'm not quite sure why you've launched the setup 3 times; I think that'd only cause problems.
If you know that your computer has .NET v2 and the MS runtime libraries, you can download our MSI using this direct link:
http://www.salling.com/Downloads/MediaSync/SallingMediaSyncSetup.msi
