Is this the max speed this software normally transfers? 2.2mb? I have a class 6 memory card I am expecting 3x's this speed. :(
Is there something I can do to fix it?
Thanks |

The application doesn't have a max speed. It'll copy as fast as possible.
I've had 6MB/s reported with the Nexus, so I'd attribute the performance you're seeing to either your USB setup (hub?) or card.
Best.

Strange! Which card do you have an what MAC are you using? I have a current generation macbook pro and no usb hub... this is plugging directly into the phone... I can get 6mb/sec when transferring directly to the card so I would assume the card isn't the problem? Are there some tweaks on the phone or in osx I need to do to obtain those speeds over USB? |

Are you syncing photos? This will cause slower transfer rates to be reported, due to a larger number of small files being copied (and images being downscaled). I'd say that's what you're seeing.
Best.

Nope this would mainly just be larger files such as podcasts.
Is there any chance of getting wifi sync at some point?
