I'm very excited to have you guys check this out!

To get the beta version, tick the "Check for beta versions" checkbox in Salling Media Sync's preferences. Then select "Check for Updates" in the application menu.

Awesome! I'm downloading it now. Great to see iPhoto support added :D

Is it possible to have it sync the photos that are already on the phone to an iPhoto album? (from the DCIM folder or a custom chosen folder)

Is there a reason why playlist support is not supported on the Samsung Omnia, but is avialable for other WM6 devices by HTC etc?

I know the Omnia has it's own Audio player... it must be different or have a proprietary method of playlist management.

This is correct. I have not yet figured out how to export playlists to Samsung's Touch Player. If anyone has any ideas, I'd love to implement this.

If you want, you could try Kinoma Play (another, and in my opinion great, media player for WinMo). When present on the phone, Salling Media Sync will export playlists that work.

Best.

Can't get it to recognise a NWZX1060B despite it mounting fine. Are you aware of a problem? Thanks

Thanks, I'm not familiar with Kinoma, but have heard good things about it. Will the playlists created by Media Sync also work with Kinoma FreePlay? Obviously I want to try out the free version before I spend money on an app I might not want/like! :)

I don't think FreePlay will let you use the playlists, unfortunately.

Best.

This is not currently a supported device. But it's very easy to make it one. Sent you an email, and hoping for a reply.

This Sony Walkman (and it's sibling models) is now supported in beta 2:
