My Media Sync doesn't recognise my HTC Hero since upgrading to Snow Leopard.

Been using the Hero with Snow Leopard for months, and haven't seen any problems.

You're the only one reporting this, so I need to ask if you did any trouble-shooting?

For instance, does the phone mount in Finder?

Best.

You know, I've worked in IT support and as a programmer for years, and love watching the IT Crowd when it's on, and this one time I forgot to do the one thing that everyone laughs at.

I turned my Mac off and on again, and now it works fine.

Sorry for wasting your time, and it's still a damned fine product.
