|
|
Hi there. I am a new user and have mistakenly synced my phone to my Mac thinking that photos from my N95 8gb would be transferred to the Mac, whereas I now understand that I have transferred to my Phone all the photos on my Mac. In the process, about I have lost many photos that were stored on the phone. Is it possible to reverse the sync to restore my photos or are they as I suspect, gone for good? Cheers W. |

Hi,
There is no Undo, as clicking the "Sync" button does not remove anything from your phone, that you haven't *already* sync to it.
In fact, there's a whole separate mechanism for doing so (click Browse and then Delete in the Summary tab)
I think you need to look into whether anything was really lost and how. Media Sync didn't do it (unless you used Browse/Delete as per above).
Best.

Thanks Jonas, I searched and found the photos. I am happy as there were quite a few months worth! I didn't realise that your software made a separate file. :) Cheers W |
