Hi.
Just bought the Media Sync software on the premise that it will sync anything that iTunes supports. I'm getting a sync error trying to sync M4A (Apple Lossless) files to my Sony Ericsson ARC Android phone.
Granted, the ARC won't play this file type in its native player application, but being an Android device, it will play just about any media file using third party apps, in my case Power Amp.
Is this a device specific bug that will be addressed or a permanent issue?
