Salling Clicker 2.0.1 adds support for Mac OS X 10.3 "Panther", Palm OS 4, Sony Clié, and Sony Ericsson T618, Z600, Z608
Stockholm, Sweden—October 12, 2003—Salling Software AB today announced the immediate availability of Salling Clicker v.2.0.1, a minor update to its award-winning software that lets users remotely control Macintosh applications from a mobile phone or PDA over Bluetooth.
Already updated with a boat-load of new features last month, Salling Clicker v.2.0.1 includes the following improvements:
- Support for Mac OS X 10.3 "Panther";
- Support for Palm OS 4 handhelds, the new Palm Tungsten T3, and Sony Clié models (including Japanese units);
- Support for new phone models from Sony Ericsson: Z600, Z608 (Chinese), T618 (Chinese); and
- Various performance and user interface enhancements
Pricing & Availability
Salling Clicker v.2.0.1 is available through Salling Software's web site (www.salling.com) at a price of $9.95 (US) for Sony Ericsson phones and $14.95 (US) for Palm OS handhelds, per user license. The upgrade is free for existing customers. In unregistered trial-mode, Salling Clicker is limited to 30 clicks at a time. The software is designed to run on all Bluetooth equipped Macintosh computers, requires a compatible Palm OS handheld (version 4 or greater) with Bluetooth or a Sony Ericsson mobile phone (T39m, T39mc, T520m, T68m, T68i, T610, T616, T618, Z600, or Z608), and Mac OS X version 10.2.6 or greater (including "Panther").
